🎧 A Guided Music Journey to Move Your Body
Our in-house DJs and musicians will guide you through a multi-genre, multi-cultural dance journey that supports:
- emotional release
- expression & freedom
- expansion & joy
- grounding & relaxation
- wholeness & integration
Move freely: dance, stretch, sway, roll, breathe, lie down, meditate.
There is no choreography. Your body leads the way.

- 7:30PM–8:15PM – Arrival. Grounding. Warm-up.
- 8:15PM–9:30PM – Opening Circle. Intention Setting. Rhythm & Voice Activation.
- 9:30PM–1:30AM – EPIC Dance. BreathWork. Sound Healing. Midnight Moment. Social Time. Smoothies & Elixirs Served All Night.
- 1:30AM – Sweet Dreams.
Doors remain open all night.
We encourage you to arrive by 8:15PM to experience the full arc of the evening.

2- Within 24 hours, send your ticket + 13% HST by e-transfer to hub@ecstaticdancetoronto.com.
3- Once we receive your e-transfer, your place in the event is confirmed.
4- If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, your ticket will be released so someone else can join.
